国际绳索救援邀请赛
绳命LifeLine国际绳索救援大赛是基于提升我国城市救援、山地救援以及高空工程双绳技术的运用而举办，是国内首个以公益为目的，集专业性、教育性为一体的国际技术交流赛事。通过该赛事，为国内外官方及民间救援队，提供国际高水平救援技术交流平台，有助于中国与国际绳索救援技术的接轨。
重庆金佛山以雄、奇、险、峻而著称，是户外探险、极限运动的极佳场地，也是模拟不同救援场景、举办救援交流平台的绝佳场所。
2018 赛事回顾
本次赛事受到了广泛的关注，超100万人在线观看，现场观众数千人，其中不乏从辽宁、湖南、湖北等地驱车前来观摩学习的官方消防、民间救援队和协会组织。数十家电视台与媒体争相报道。
赛事十分成功，得到了参赛队伍和观众的一致好评。

Rules for LifeLine Competition
绳命—LifeLine国际绳索救援邀请赛是基于提升我国城市救援、山地户外救援以及高空工程双绳技术的运用而举办的集专业性、公益性、教育性为一体的技术交流大赛。
绳命—LifeLine以公益为目的，展示专业的绳索救援技术。
绳命—LifeLine为国内外官方及民间救援队，提供国际高水平救援技术交流平台，有助于中国与国际绳索救援技术的接轨。
LifeLine International Rope Rescue Competition is a competition that based on the promotion of China's Urban Rescue ， Mountain Rescue and the use of Double Rope Technology. It is the collection of professional， public welfare，education as one of the technical exchange competition.
LifeLine Display Professional rope rescue technology for the purpose of public welfare.
LifeLine are providing opportunities for domestic official and civial rescue teams to exchange and learn advanced foreign rescue technologies, bridging China and international rope rescue technology.

Competition Details
（一） 比赛内容：
1、绳索上攀；
2、5个救助比赛项目。（组织方不会事先告知项目内容）
注：具体时间安排，赛前通知。
Competition Event ：
1、Ascending Access Race.

其他注意事项
Other considerations
1、无论是赛事前期还是赛事期间禁止饮酒
No alcohol before and during the competition.
2、队伍可以使用他们认为可以的任何技术，但是根据绳命LifeLine的规则，所有的救援系统，包括救援队员或是担架，都必须存在后备系统或确保系统(Back-up or Belay)。所有的挚停系统必须能够自动锁定，在比赛期间任何时间，评核员/安全官可能会要求队员松开手，来确认是否会自动制停。挚停系统可能是一个自动锁定系统，也可能是使用绳结来实现。
Technology:
Teams can use all the technologies they trust. But according to the LifeLine’s rules, all the rescue system, including rescuers and stretcher , must equipped with back-up or belay system and all the braking system can automatic lock. During the competition, Controller/Safety Officer may ask team member to loosen the rope at any time to confirm whether it will automatic s braking. The braking system may be an automated lock system，or use a knot to do it.
3、队伍必须携带自己通常在救援操作中使用的状态良好的装备，只有获得有效的国际标准认证（例如CE, NFPA, UIAA等）才能在绳命LifeLine中使用。对于携带多少装备没有限制。每个队伍应对自己的器材是良好维护并保持良好状态负责。组织方将暂时保管组织方认为有安全隐患的器材，直到赛事结束后归还。
Equipment:
Team must prepare and bring their own well-conditioned equipment that they used in rescue operation. Only the equipment with international standard certification (ex. CE, NEPA, UIAA, etc.) could be used in LifeLine. No limitation on the amount of equipment each team brings. Teams are responsible for confirming their equipment is well-conditioned and well-kept. The organizer will temporarily keep the equipment considered with security risk and return it when the competition finish.
4、将有五名队员进行危险环境下的救援操作，参赛队员必须年满18周岁。每支队伍还将有两名参与者：评核员和伤员。评核员要能胜任对不同操作的评估工作；伤员要求有60公斤的体重，评核员和伤员需要穿戴安全带和头盔。
Contestant:
There will be five team members process rescue operation under dangerous situation, so all the team member must be older than 18 years old. Each team will have another two members: the Controller and the Victim. Controller should be qualified to evaluate all kinds of operations. Victim should weight no less than 60 kg, and wear harness and helmet.
5、整个流程中必须设立安全官岗位，安全官会根据安全对照表格对操作安全进行监控，对于违反安全原则的队伍将进行相应的处置。
为了确保参赛人员的安全，参赛队伍数量将被限制为15支。根据规则，参赛成员要求可以通过服装或徽章清晰辨认。如果你有什么问题，请与联系请联系我们奥悦君宁(重庆）体育产业有限公司。此外，赛事会设立运营总部来收集各参赛队伍的意见。
Note:
There will be Safety Officers in the whole competition. Safety officer will monitor contestants’ operation according to the safety control form and punish the team which violates safety regulation.
To ensure the safety of contestants, the number of competition team is limited within fifteen. According to the team requirements , teams can identify members through cloth or badge. If you have any questions, feel free to contact with organizer. Besides, the competition will set main office to collect the advice from all the teams.
6、每个领队要佩戴红色头盔，并穿戴有队伍标志的服装或徽章。队伍要使用国际标准装备，尤其是用于救援的器材，包括头盔。建议每个队员使用手套，减小他们的自身风险。
Team requirements：
Each team leader should wear red helmet and wearing clothes or badge having team logo. The team should use International standard equipment, especially the rescue equipment and helmet. Wearing gloves is suggested for each team member to minimize risk.
